Other than traffic violations and being questioned but not charged by the feds, what else is there? I want solid proof, facts as you put it, not hearsay.
Here's the point some are missing... It's not just this incident, which is a minor offense by itself. Lots goes on behind the scenes that none of us know about. We have no clue about that stuff, but Miles does. For us to say what the penalty should be is crazy. We don't know all of it. All we know is that this was the incident that triggered the suspension.
You are right. But I want to hear it from CLM, not Bonnette. Bonnette has been known to change his story. No knock on him personally, but he just says what the LSU PR people tell him to.
Don't forget the current issue. I never said that ANY of these things were felonies. I did, however, say that there is a pattern of stupidity. I haven't offered up any heresay. But that's three seperate "little" things, only counting the traffic violations as one thing.
I totally support what CLM does. He knows the whole story and RP's heart. If he's not getting the message CLM will know and take appropriate action for the team and University.
red, If entering a casino under the age of 21 was a victimless crime, why did the security officers Not let him on the boat? They should have let him waltz on in and do what he please, right? Hm, maybe because the casino would be fined for allowing someone under 21 onto their boat. Seems like there is a victim to me if they would have to pay a fine.
You must understand what a victim is, amigo. Victim noun One who is harmed by or made to suffer from an act, circumstance, agency, or condition In common usage, victimless crime refers to behavior that is illegal but does not violate or threaten the rights of anyone and may be associated with the implication that the behavior should therefore not be illegal. Passing a fake ID creates no victim. The guards cannot be considered to be victims if they got fired for failing to follow their own rules. That would be a result of their acts, not Perrilloux's.
Casinos are never the victims. :nope: They make tens of millions of dollars a month by making their very own guests the victims. If you are feeling sorry for the casino, brother you got it all wrong.
the victim of the crime is the casino because they do not get his money. oh how i wish the casinos had kept me out when i was underage.
