I find it hard to believe anyone believes Texas is 100% solid with him. I would think even UT fans believe he is not 100% Texas after all the flip flopping he's done. His coach has said he hasn't decided, and so has Ryan...so why should we believe him when the only time he says he is 100% Texas is when he talks to a Texas media outlet or Texas coaches. He may be leaning UT, but clearly he has not made up his mind fully.
