Saturday v Mississippi State at the PMAC. Fans should attend the game if at all possible. Chris Duhon made a recruiting trip to Duke and went to a home basketball game. At a predetermined point in the game (as coordinated during the week by campus papers and word of mouth) the entire arena chanted his name for several minutes. He signed with Duke immediately following the game. I know this is a much different situation, but a good turnout for the game would be nice and yet another opportunity to make an impression...
Shaq being introduced at an LSU football game made him want to come play basketball for LSU. You never know... I'm sure this kid wants to see the fans get behind all their athletes.
If he watch an LSU basketball game, he may decide to go to Texas to get as far away from LSU bball as possible

It definately cannot hurt! Texas fans were chanting GO TO TEXAS when Bennett was playing his bball game the other night. All it would take is for one outgoing person to print up some slips of paper telling everyone when to shout, and what to shout...and pass them out in the student section as the game goes on. Just 'take one and pass it down'. Include a brief description about why it will help too. The known recruits visiting Saturday are: Ryan Perrilloux Martellus Bennett Jerell Powe POSSIBLY Fred Rouse
If you shout for RP, make sure you at least shout the others' names as well..don't want to make them feel left out or unwanted!
He would absolutly love it if you guys chanted his name! One of the thing he loves about LSU is how educated the fans are in ALL sports... AKA basketball fans knwoing a lot about baseball etc... so if a basketball crowd would recognize him, he would love it
