i do think that if you pay the money to get in, that you have freedom to boo to an extent.. BUT Not all of the cussing, swearing etc... College athletes are still kids... I, however, will never boo an LSU Tiger for anything... They, even at their worst, are playing better than me at my best... So I can't argue their play
Oh my blessed "freedom." Why are our "freedoms" usually expressed better at a distance? If LSU were to lose to say Auburn or Ole Miss this year.... Just go stand outside the dressing room and as each offensive player exits the room, go up to him and tell him something like "You guys suck." Or tell him how you really feel about his Momma. EXPRESS YOURSELF!!!!!!!!!!!! Demand your right to be heard. You know what's happening. You played two years of BREC.
Let's not turn this into a "you shouldn't boo college players" thread. If that's not obvious to anyone reading this, stop reading after the next sentence. You shouldn't beat your wife, kick the dog, rob old ladies, OR mess with the handicapped. And Col Reb, "you played two years of BREC?" Holy crap, my shirt looks like I need a bib after reading that!
I hate when fans boo the players, but I do understand why they boo the players. I think fans are actually booing the performance of the players. I actually feel for the coaches and quaterbacks, because they have to really deal with a lot of stress. I still remeber what some of the students was chanting at the osu game
