    why is someone who is mobile and considered a "scrambler" not allowed to be accurate?

    I saw Russell throw very accurately while on the run more than once--sometimes across his body. I think RP can be devastating doing this.

    Has anyone heard about Perrilloux getting in trouble again?

    WBRZ had a tease at 7:55am this morning that there was "breaking news that could effect the future of RP" More to come during their noon time broadcast. I checked but could not find anything on the web.
