Ok everyone who wants to do this has to place the east and west teams in order from 1 to 6th place. Then name who you think will win the overall SEC regular season championship. Finally name the who you think will be the most under rated team and most over rated team.:yelwink2:

    ok i'll go first....

    East
1.South Carolina (picked up alot of solid junior college athletes)
2.Tennessee (young team that will be led by J.P. Arencibia)
3.Florida (veterans will get better as season goes)
4.Georgia (pitching will be strong point)
5.Vanderbilt (very young but talented will be great in 07)
6.Kentucky (needs to pick up some quality wins)

    West
1.LSU (young talent already finding ways to win close games)
2.Arkansas (great pitching and can run)
3.Mississippi St. (veteran group always in the running)
4.Alabama (have an ace lets see how new guys do)
5.Ole Miss (lost alot of talent in draft, rebuilding year)
6.Auburn (hitting seems to be in sync just not pitching)

    suprise team=LSU

    over rated team=Florida

I've got a bad feeling about Arkansas. They look really good so far.

Yes but isn't their All-SEC CF Jake Dugger suspended?

Anybody have any info on that...

Though I'm aware that Arkansas has a very good pitching staff.

Dugger is not suspended. He's 2for 4 in the game today against Cal State-Northridge.

when is schmidt slated to pitch and why isnt he throwing today? i know he's 4-0 and went his first couple of games without even allowing a hit. and just think, you get him back next year.

Schmidt went 4 2/3 innings and gave up 5 hits. With our pitching staff and the defense improving, we are excited about baseball in Hog country.
