Just my friendly $0.02 regarding the AU-MSU game. Lay off.
AU's attempts to play physical but vanilla football could result in anything from a tight game to a blowout. AU is the better team on paper, but Croom has his boys believing - stay away from this meager line.

Cal, Texas, Texas Tech, and Michigan all look good.

USC is a sucker line - beware.

Make your picks before the game then run your mouth. Anybody can run some 20/20 hindsight smack. Let's see your picks hotshot. :dis:

    Taking:

Miami -1 over FSU.... FSU can't beat Thug U and hasn't in the past five years. How can we expect that to be any different?

Ducks - 20.5 over Dumbnerdo's Hoosiers. Also my LOTW.

Ohio State U. - 17.5 over Marshall. If you can't beat Troy you can't hang with the Buckeyes. The days of Leftwich and Pennington are over.

UNLV + 16 against Wisconsin; too many personnel losses (Sorgi, Evans) on offense for Wisc. Also see last year's game....

    Laying off:

Beavers +7 at Boise. I have no idea how this one will shake out after watching both the Humanitarian Bowl last year and last week's game in Death Valley. I'm still sniffling and sneezing from that debacle.

Houston +36 at Oklahoma - Which OU is going to show up this week?

Ole Miss +11 at Alabama - What is the severity of Croyle's injury?

I like Indiana over the quack attack. I like Ole Miss. Beavers have better team but will suffer letdown.

no real opinion on the rest.

At this point I'd stay away from anything A&M unless it was against a 1-AA team or Baylor. I like Wazzu over the hapless buffs. Not sure about the CUSA-MAC matchup, but I'd probably take the Bearcats after all of the personell losses that the redhawks have had. I'd go with Utah over the Cats as well.
