Not surprised...I got it from a friend's facebook post. The tipoff is the license plate. Still a nice pic. I get all excited with huge animals...especially reptiles.

Nah, nah, was just joking. It may be legit. The friend I have who hunts them 3 times or more a week hung up two one day that were 300+ pounds and not that far from the one in the pic. The one in the pic must be pushing 400 lbs. Hard to tell, exactly, with how it's placed.

That would be good. I need to get a smoker and do that myself. Thanks for the idea Tiga

I once went into a bar with a pig under my arm accompanied by this chick I was dating from Alabama. We ordered a couple drinks. Bartender says we don't serve pigs here. I said it's not for the pig. He said I wasn't talking about your pet.

Finally got a pic of my sons 1st hog loaded up. Not too shabby for a 63 lb kid and my .22 Marlin.
We BBQ'd a ham last Saturday. Dat was some mighty fine Cochon.

I took a hindquarter and boiled it for about 15 minutes. Dumped the water off placed it in a turkey baking bag and poured my BBQ sauce on it. Then I placed it in a 275 deg oven and cooked it till it got tender. About 4-5 hrs. It turned out great. Served it with gf's slaw and baked beans.

The hogs have been tearing up the marsh. My niece lives on Avery Island, her husband has offered me in on a Hog Hunt. They have the Airboats and Dogs, I just need to find time.
