Plan would raise 'operational fee' at LSU by $150 (2theadvocate.com)

LSU students will pay $150 more in the fall if the Legislature and governor adopt a plan proposed by the leader of the House. House Bill 910, sponsored by House Speaker Joe Salter, would increase the ?operational fee? from $80 to $230 per semester at the state?s largest university.
