Word is that 6'6" Kelley Cain out of Georgia is making a visit to LSU and then will probably make a choice on where she wants to play ball next year. Two weeks ago, the center was at Duke and last week she was at Tenessee.

    Can you say Twin Towers?

Man, LSU would be the most dominating defense by far. And defense does win championships.

Other players being looked at (and looking at LSU):

5 Star PG Lorin Dixon out of NY
5 Star F Vicki Baugh out of California
5 Star G Khadijah Rushdan out of Delaware
5 Star G Stefanie Gilbriath out of Texas
5 Star G Tyra White out of Mizzou

Pokey has 3 schollies available for 2007. But she will have 9 SENIORS!! which opens up considerable room for 2008. In the 2008 class LSU is thought by many to lead for 5 Star 5'11" April Sykes out of Mississippi. Other candidates are

    5 Star C Lynetta Kizer - Virginia
    5 Star C Ashley Gail - Nevada
    5 Star F Baina Cilbraith - Texas.

This will be a huge class for LSU.

Oh good. It's strange, just last night, I was tossing and turning thinking about how our girls b-ball class was filling out.

Vicki Baugh, a 6'4" F out of California is scheduled to visit LSU on October 13th. Her final five schools are California, LSU, Oklahoma, Tennessee, UCLA. Tennessee was thought to have lead but Baugh has since added more schools.

6'6" C Kelley Cain out of Georgia is said to have her list down to three schools: Duke, LSU, Tennessee

It's amazing what this program has done with itself.

Thanks Seimone, you've helped out tremendously.

Actually we need to thank Sue Gunter for all this. Bless her soul.

But Pokey is doing a helluva job keeping the program in top flight condition.

Pokey, from all accounts, just seems to be someone you would want to play for.

    That was uncalled for.

NoDakSt has 231 posts and everyone of them has given us info that we don't get anywhere else.

A lot of us appreciate it.

Lord, learn how to take a joke, which normally you do. I appreciate NoDakSt keeping the people who care about women's basketball informed, but I don't care.

If I came on every day and kept every updated on LSU's water Polo recruiting, that would be great for the people who cared. For those who didn't, the jokes would fly. Just because LSU has a top flight team in Women's basketball, doesn't mean I cannot make a joke about it.

Save your energy for bozos who claim to have aids or guys that raz the Saints before the games even over. Don't waste it on me, because I could care less...
