God help us if Ieyoub or Leach wins indeed, but don't lump Ewing in with them. He has more integrity than all the Edwards crony club put together. Ewing will be a very good governor and he will make this state more business friendly.
How can you say the state isn't business friendly? We sold our soul to the petro-chemical industry, compliments, again, of Edwin. We don't have any unusual taxes on business - perhaps we don't offer sufficient cash subsidies, but than goodness for that. All that, the George Bush approach, does is skew markets, prop up bad products and hurt consumers and hurt good businesses. We've got a slew of immunities from and caps on lawsuits on behalf of business as well.
