the gag order on trump that prevents his criticism of the prosecutor is obviously unconstitutional. none of this shit will stick and the chances trump get serious punishment for anything are zero. the justice dept DAs and prosecutors are incompetent idiots. and trump is clearly within his rights as an America citizen to say the prosecutor is a fuckface or idiot or whatever he wants to say. trump also tends to hire idiots, so I don't trust that his lawyers are maestros either, but he is obviously in the right and eventually all his cases will end up in competent courts that destroy the charges against him.
