to criminally trying to steal an election. In exchange for their pleas, they will be required to testify truthfully against any remaining defendants (of which an orange piece of shit is the most notable) and will have their punishments reduced to misdemeanor level.

So, what are the chances that they didn't at least cooperate with their orange cult leader, and at worst acted according to his direction?

What are the chances that trump, himself, will also plead guilty to avoid jail time?

    Stay tuned.

Prediction: Sidney Powell won't be cooperating against Trump
Why Powell's plea deal doesn't help the RICO case against Trump

“Today, Sidney Powell accepted a plea agreement from the Fulton County District Attorney, pleading to six counts of “Conspiracy to Commit Intentional Interference with Performance of Election Duties.”

Those are all misdemeanors. She faces six years of probation, a $6,000 fine, and have to pay $2,700 in restitution.

Powell was indicted with seven felony counts: conspiracy to violate Georgia’s RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) statute; two counts of conspiracy to commit election fraud….”

a question: if the minimum sentence for a rico offense is 5 yrs, why would the state fold and accept a plea deal?

    surely this isn’t political theater….

    right?

Of course they did. It was lie about Trump and you won't be in jail for the rest of your life. You are as blind as you are stupid.

the gag order on trump that prevents his criticism of the prosecutor is obviously unconstitutional.

none of this shit will stick and the chances trump get serious punishment for anything are zero. the justice dept DAs and prosecutors are incompetent idiots. and trump is clearly within his rights as an America citizen to say the prosecutor is a fuckface or idiot or whatever he wants to say.

trump also tends to hire idiots, so I don't trust that his lawyers are maestros either, but he is obviously in the right and eventually all his cases will end up in competent courts that destroy the charges against him.
