Pre-game question...lunch at The Chimes?

If you want a real treat go get a mega-burger from Raoul's Deli. It is two doors down from the Chimes, and it is heavenly.

I absolutely love The Chimes, and I try to get there whenever I get a chance. The shrimp poboys are great, as are the cheese fries.

 

nevermind. i was thinking it was a night game. you might be in trouble.

 

Just to eat I'd hit Louie's or Roul's before Chimes, but for beer too I reckon the Chimes is your choice.

 

I got a good seat in the back the morning of the Va Tech game...and I got there at about 11:30. Beat "the crowd" by maybe an hour or so.

For an afternoon start...might try to get there by 10 or so, I'd guess.

 

I hope everyone took a moment to check out, er, Strangecock's blog. What a good read from the perspective of an opposing fan. I wish all visitors feel the same way about heading into Baton Rouge. I hope you guys have a great time in Baton Rouge again this year, enjoy yourselves, and return home safely (after defeat, of course.)
