    Are you kidding? Louie's is great drunk food and Roul's is a nice quick lunch spot but neither can hold a candle to the Chimes.

    Agreed. Louie's is amazing.... after a night of drinking, and when its dark:(

    sober during the day... not a chance!!

    It depends what you get. If you are getting a burger, poboy, or chicken sandwich Raoul's is superior.
