Can we go on the road and beat both Tennessee and Florida?

I actually think we will. No one else on our schedule other than those 2 teams is on our level.

11-1....don't know how high in the rankings we end up. Not out of the realm of possibility to finish up #2 in the BCS. Lots of football to play. The Big 10 is almost impossible to go undefeated. Michigan and Ohio State will more than likely both end up with at least 1 loss. USC will go undefeated however, as their toughest opponest is a fairly mediocre Notre Dame team.

#1 rule of the BCS....if you lose, lose early. We'll forgive you in the end.

Tennessee is a joke. They won't be a problem. So Florida is our only obstactle left. I just hope that Les can rally the troops and them not have a let down.

LSU is in the 3 teams in the country. Id give LSU a shot against any team on any saturday.

Don't slight Bama...I don't think they are up to beating us here but stranger things have happened. I see one more loss. Probably to Florida. I believe the next two weeks will get the running game will gain some sort of ground. At least to the point where it will be averagely (is that a word?) effective.

JR played a good game...a few mistakes but no one is perfect. He will shine the rest of the season.

I thnk 10-2 in the regular season. If LSU doesn't find a running game, Florida will hold us down just like Auburn.

I think we destroy Tennessee. Ainge folds the second any pressure is put on him.

Think about how absolutely, incredibly asinine that statement is. Say Miles and his staff are fired today and a new coach is brought in. Would we run the table? I know you're pissed, but you should really think about what you post because I had never considered you to be one of the idiots on this forum.

Tenn was a joke last year, but they beat us at our house. I wouldn't be so confident.

I see LSU as a legit 11-1 team this season. Your defense is just too beastly for anyone else on your current schedule to take you down. A key injury could do it (and I do not wish that on anyone) , but LSU is deep at the critical positions (QB, WR, Secondary) so I don't think there's much that would keep LSU from winning out, JMHO.

LSU will crush Alabama, and probably UT.

UF looms in three weeks, but your D has too much speed for Meyer's Cryers.

Not to mention the fact that that very thing happened (running the table) last year following a tough loss that can be much more attributed to coaching than this one.

We faced what is supposed to be the best offense in the conference and actually moved from no. 3 to no. 1 nationally in total defense.

I wholeheartedly believe that this team plays with a chip on it's shoulder the rest of the year, and relentlessly mows down the remainder of the schedule. We know they have a killer instinct. Now they've got a cause.

They say that teams often learn more about themselves in defeat than in victory.

I'm calling it first. We ARE going 11-1. The cards WILL fall right for us. REMATCH LSU vs AU in MNC game. Neutral Field, Neautral refs. We'll give America the game they should have seen Sat.

That there is the golden question.

Like most, I think Auburn (at least on paper) is/was the toughest opponent on our schedule.

If our defense keeps at it, and our O-line gels and corrects their run-blocking mistakes so that we can run the ball more effectively and get into scoring position more often against quality defenses, then we should beat everyone else.

But if we have to endure another game in which the refs wait to make ball-busting calls on us at critical points in the game against Florida and Tenn, then I wouldn't be surprised to see us 10-2.

I'm pretty sure that if things go well, and Miles is 21-3 in his first 2 seasons, with another top 10 recruiting class, then he'll convert more naysayers.
