    LaSalleAve when in doubt, mumble

I agree, but we average 10 wins a season and idiots want our HC fired, what happens if we hit 8-5 or 7-6. Is that acceptable in a rebuilding year?

It's happened before. We survived it. Three years later, we were better for it.

I believe Laron led the defense in tackles in '03. Sure as heck wasn't anything wrong with our front 7 that year.

I'm damn sure he did. There was a linebacker who was close; Lionel something...I want to say Hester but I know that's not right.

EDIT: As soon as I hit submit...Lionel Turner.

That 2003 football team was a hell of a defensive squad. Geez, Webster, Spears, Lavalais.

Here's another kicker on this subject. I'd bet Hunt was in the top five for tackles that year as well.

I wasn't a fan of Saban back then. But I sure as hell respected what he did on defense.

in looking over the stats, 03 was crazy. there must have been an error or a change in how stats are called. 11 qb hurries- 37. 03 qb hurries-171!

I'll say Lavalais is in the top five. It's got to be a linebacker.

There was a kid named Daniels that was pretty damn good. And there's a name ringing in my head but I'm not sure if I'm right. Earl Alexander? That doesn't sound right because we had a receiver by the same name.
