@shane0911 @KyleK @mctiger @islstl @Cajun Sensation Y'all have probably noticed that the weird gibberish spam usually posted late at night in the Good Eats forum is by new members with weird sounding usernames. I just clicked on the new members at the bottom of the members page and only 2 new members looked legit and the others were obvious spammers. Just go through it an delete the accounts of the obvious bogus ones and it should eliminate most of the spam.
I've talked about this with Kyle and Shane in PM's,.. they said, the mods eliminate ten to twenty spammers a day.
Gotta be robots. Either that or Chinese making 10 cents an hour. It would take a hell of a lot on a lot of forums to make it pay enough to be worth the effort.
It's constant. The way we see the forum, it shows all of the deleted posts. Many times, it's all deleted posts.
Just trying to help. The New Members box shows 12 members. When I looked at it this morning and clicked on the names 2 were real memers with avatars. One with no avatar but had a name that might be real. 9 are obvious spammers. Delete those 9 and the can't post.
