Can you only imagine if we had a liberal in the White House?
Bush proposes increasing funding for the NEA by 15%
How this ties into the deficit caused by 9/11 and the War on Terror isn't clear.
Someone could have asked the President about this when he made the annoucement I guess.
    One problem.
    He didn't announce it.
He sent his wife out to do it.

    good we need more art.

better spent on art than white house aids that give good blow jobs.

art spending was one of things i studied alot at LSU. i wrote alot about it. there is a professor in the poli sci dept who is nuts about it.

my conclusion was that federal funding of art is bad for taxpayers and terrible for art.

even politicians i love, like rudy giuliani, are terrible at understanding the relationship between the government and art.
