    As a Latin gang member I feel it is my constitutional right to be supplied with automatic weapons that I can use to kidnap gringo drug dealers and smuggle illegal aliens into the USA. I have a right to bear arms in America even though I snuck in there to sell my drugs.

    Bush invoked executive privilege 8 times. This is Obama's one and only. Bush also commuted the sentence of the CcIA leaker Scooter Libby. Presidents have a great deal of executive authority.
