This is the part that I loved the most about his comments:

On having coaching experience in the NFL at the Dallas Cowboys ...
"I was the offensive coordinator at Oklahoma State at the time. I am a college coach and it is what I have wanted to do, be a college head coach, since I turned me eye toward coaching. I felt like I had to get into football at its highest level, strategy, offense, defense and special teams at its highest level. What happened was I felt like it was a great experience. I met an LSU graduate there, David LaFleur. As a college coach, you have a calling and that is to introduce a young man to a school, getting comfortable, teaching how to be accountable and grow as a young man and put him in a position to be successful upon graduation. If that is in your blood, you are a college coach and certainly, it is mine."

    My favorite quote....

" I understand it is called Death Valley and why. I look forward to it. My first Saturday night in that stadium will be an emotional one." Coach Miles, you have no idea!

My favorite, only because of how much respect I have for David. Top notch guy and I trust his opinion.

Hey, is Les giving Skip a "secret handshake" in that first picture? Looks suspiciously like my old fraternity handshake...LOL.

At the risk of sounding like a grammar snob, is this a formal transcript? It's riddled with mistakes.

If Les isn't the most eloquent guy in the world, that's fine, but I haven't had a chance to watch the video of the PC yet and am just wondering given the transcript posted here.

Also, I chalk up his comments about growing up and watching Cholly Mac to fall into that "deceptive" catagory as opposed to the "relatively honest" one. An Ohio native who grew up a Luckeye fan probably didn't know or care who Charles McClendon was, but it's nice all the same that he mentioned him here.

Some of the comments were slightly different from what he actually said. Most of the errors int he transcript were not grammatical erros by him, but errors by the person who did the transcipt.
