I read the whole report and strongly disagree with your conclusion that there was no coercion. I used to think that Les was slang for Lester. Now I believe it was slang for Molester.. His activity would definitely have lead to him getting terminated at the company I just retired from. Oh, and not surprisingly you got a like from Les' biggest fan (TigerTap).
I think you saw his signature, I'll be surprised if we see taint round here any time soon Of course because I said this he will crawl back in here shortly
I am not debating what the Rules are. I am simply stating that it should not be a rule that consenting adults choose to mess around. Regardless of the reasons. He didn't force her to do anything and she was perfectly fine texting him back and forth and agreeing to meet him. She probably went home and felt gross and here we are today because she didnt know how to break it off. Also with regards to this: https://www.usatoday.com/story/news...ned-contacting-co-eds-after-probe/6918204002/ "Miles also was accused by athletic department staff of saying that the female student workers who helped the football team lure top recruits needed to be attractive, blonde and fit, according to the investigative report. Existing student employees who did not meet this criteria should be given fewer hours or terminated, the report details." So it is ok for companies to hire on looks but not Miles? Its called marketing.
Whether it should be or not, it’s not legal to hire and fire females based on their looks or demeanor in the overwhelming majority of professions. Or really to take any action on that basis in employment.
