    How is a voted upon, and approved, amendment to the constitution a violation?

    Hey, you're right. My bad. I guess during that time it would have been similar to pot. I wouldn't feel immoral breaking the law, but I probably wouldn't break the law much. I believe in the constitution but I also believe in civil disobedience. But I also think I'm more use to the world not imprisoned.

    its ok when you drink under prohibition you are not really drinking. drinking doesnt exist until congress says it does.
