Tm7 is our MVP on defense if not the entire team. He's good for 7 pts a game. He either causes the turnover that leads to points or scores them himself. I warned the duck several times that t Rex would be the game changer and his td was the turning point in the game. He is a true tiger superhero. He is what each and every one of us wishes we could have been- a tiger superstar.
Best player on the field, hope the 49er's are the ones who get him. UCLA had a player a few years ago, that played a lot like Mathieu's did last night. Can't remember his name though. He would make all American plays like; Force the turnover, recover the fumble, and score. Plays like that turn games around, they win games.
This is the player we call tyrannosaurus Rex because he plays like a monster. Without tm7 we would not have been 12-2 last year. He turned this game around when the score was tight and the decision was far from sure. He is my favorite player and our MVP in my opinion. He's that kind of player that makes everyone else around him better. We absolutely feel he embodies everything that is LSU style defense. He's a monster on the field at 180 pounds.
I'm gonna start calling him Tyrann the Tyrant, if nobody minds. Though T-Rex is still a great nickname he's good enough to have multiple ones.
Yeah I don't see that. Sanders is a playmaker to the nth degree. He just can't stay healthy. Was the best SS along with Ed Reed and before Palamalou. Always in the middle of making life hell for the opposing offense. Much like Mathieu. Having to scheme around him somehow to lessen his impact. I don't quite see Mathieu playing SS in the NFL. He would have to bulk up to almost 200 lbs. He's only 175. If he did have the size, he would make one helluva great SS. I think he'll end up playing nickel and playing the slot receiver in the NFL. Anybody know his vertical?
The near perfect and solid tackling by the team was really impressive and nice to watch. I can't remember tackling like that in last season's games. The coaches must help coached up that aspect of the game very well in the off season; BTW, who might that be to get the credit?
