True. Now had he said, no substantative answers please, then we would not have heard a peep from you. He will learn soon enough.

Ok, I still say we have a TF class on giving titles to threads.

    Easy set up

Use the post hole diggers to dig a hole 2" deeper than the ground sleeve. The hole should be at least 6" in diameter. Pour 3" of gravel into the hole and tamp it down.

Center the sleeve in the hole and use the torpedo level to plumb it.

Mix the concrete and shovel it into the hole around the sleeve. Frequently check the sleeve for plumb as you pour the concrete. Bring the concrete even with the top of the sleeve and level it. Allow the concrete to set according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Assemble the pole sections with the small ends pointing up. Attach the ball to the truck at the top of the pole and thread the halyard through the pulley. Tie the halyard ends together to form a continuous loop.

Attach the cleat to the pole with the fasteners provided in the kit. The second pole section up from the bottom will be pre-drilled to accept the halyard cleat. Align the pulley with the cleat and stand the pole in the ground sleeve.

Secure the flag clips to the halyard according to the manufacturer's instructions, spaced according the size of your flag.

Use wood shims to steady the pole inside the sleeve and then caulk the gap between the pole and the inside of the sleeve.
