So i thought it might be fun to get some quotes from their fans about how the game went.

    On spitting on the eye:

"Blah blah blah. The cats meet in the middle of the feild every game after pre-game warm ups. Have any of you even played football and bounced in unison in a huddle to get fired up."

The best reply I've ever seen came next. . .

"I think you might want to stop that ritual if it continues to bite ya in the ass."

    On LSU fans:

"Best I've seen. . .Wish all the fans of teams that work us could be as gracious and well-spoken. . ."

On The Brighter Side of things:

"at least the UA is not Duke, NC State, Stanford or Northwestern."

On Tui's Concussion and LSU Headhunting:

"Looks like he probably suffered from a concussion. It's bound to happen if your offensive line can't protect you, you hold onto the ball for an eternity, and the opposing team knows you're going to pass because your team can't run the ball."

"It was not head hunting.. hits like that are common place in the SEC. If ya cant take the heat.. well you know."

On whether UA improved at all with Stoops as head coach:

The two best quotes both came from our resident UA fan Cubix. They're both short and sweet.

"It definately didn't show much improvement." and " I am bitter. Let me hate my team for the next day dammit."

    Darn bad luck I say.

    On hyping the UA quaterback:

"[There's] nothing to hype after this game."

    On not scheduling LSU:

"The teams that have rebuilt quickly have done so with easy schedules. I am somewhat adamant about scheduling cupcakes, making some bowl games and using them to recruit players."

The cupcakes should be all pac-10 schedules.

    On Pac-10 vs. SEC:

Before the game someone said basically SEC is stronger to which this was the reply - " In about 45 min a possible change to this perception will begin."

    After the game - Nothing.

So in the end we stand with LSU 4 - 0 (right?) against pac 10 teams in recent years, UA fans don't like their QB much anymore, they want softer schedules, and they think the SEC hits really hard.

Right, last Pac-10 team to beat us was USC by like 3 in Tiger Stadium in the 70s. Not sure on actual date- I wasn't alive then.

LSU is 12-3 all time against the PAC-10.
Last loss was Sep. 29, 1979 to SoutherN Cal. 17-12
Only other losses were to Stanford in '77 and Oregon in 1932.

    Some more complimentary gems:

    AZCat Man:
"LSU Second team is already playing in the 1st qtr. Time to begin drinking heavily cause it's going to be a long game and a longer year at this rate."

    Tuscon Don:
"LSU looks bigger, stronger and faster, and to be fair, like a National Championship contender. I mean, every tackle is a big hit, every block is blasting the UA guys off the line. That team looks tremendous."

    jAZ:
"This looks just as bad as 2003 when they looked like an NFL team compared to us."

I've never had an avatar, but I just may use that second one as a quote.
