That would be horrible. I haven't read anything like that on lsusports.net
We need to have this guy in the backfield, he is such a speed threat. Does anyone know if they are going to redshirt Keiland Williams? He may have to play if R.J. is done for the year.:geauxtige LSU! LSU! LSU!    :helmet: Have faith tiger fans, I personally am looking forward to a great year, gotta have a solid healthy backfield though.

No way they redshirt Keiland, and it's looking like one of the other two, Scott most likely, could end up seeing serious playing time.

KW stated he did NOT want to redshirt and I don't believe Miles has any intentions of redshirting him either...

To be fair, Perrilloux said he didn't want to redshirt either... but this is a much different situation with depth.

True. True. ...but we also didn't have half of our QB's tearing knee ligaments either...

Didn't Amp blow out his knee during a no hit spring under Saban? Also, using UF as a basis for comparison really isn't valid as they just started their spring practice last Friday. Give them time.

Yes. Amp blew out his knee without being hit.

Marcus Randall tore his ACL in the spring game one year as well.

I seem to remember in 2004 when we played Iowa that they were on their 5th string RB because of knee injuries to 2 or 3 of them. It does seem that we have a serious problem with the ACL, but I have no idea what the deal is.

What about the field conditions at the practice facitlities? I've been in the
IFF and it's a pretty hard surface. Some old Astroturf NFL fields namely Philadelphia's old field were notorius for causing knee injuries (everyone remember Wendell and what happened to him).
