I assume that means he'll decide on whether or not to declare where he'll attend as I've read numerous times him saying, at one point or another, that he knows where he's going... :shock:
RP has said just about everything imaginable, so just take the statement you like and read what you want into it. Easier than trying to decipher what it all means!
He basically said he was'nt afraid of competition and that he wanted to go somewhere that had a good defense so he could be on the field more. The interview only lasted 10 minutes. He certainly does'nt lack confidence which is a great thing to have at the qb position, seemed like a pretty mature 17 year old.
