Yesterday was Festivus. Nothing has changed here at Tigerfan. There was plenty airing of the grievances and no feats of strenght

there is a story int he new york times about a kid who, when she was 15, said to her friend "i can drive, nigga!" because she just got her license.

then another student waited until she got into a college, and posted it everywhere, outraged. everyone went bonkers and she was pressured to withdraw her application to college.

the unapologetic classmate who posted it and shamed her, was, as expected, half white half black. they always are.

That was one of the first things I thought.
If our life is going to depend on what we did at 15, most of us are screwed. If you read the many comments on this story, the vast majority were critical of the guy. Rightfully so.
