I wasn't saying that it isn't dire, because it is. They could be in/on an ice chest (version of raft) or have a float of some sort that could collect rain water. I was pulling out of a convenience store yesterday and I noticed a pay phone on a pole near the exit. I didn't thing there were any left.

this will end up being the most stolen bike. cant wait.

 

Video didn't show whether it had a key lock or a combo but that would be the point of attack to steal it without destroying it.

 

wont matter. there will be a way. probably hacking off the seat and sliding it out. either way the challenge will be accepted by the shady masses.
