Looks a little different but I think it will do ok. The Aero guys who designed it put it through the civilian version of wind tunnels. I'm not sure about the claim on the noise just because the engines are a little further away from the fuselage. I would like to see what it does with one engine though, the further that motor is from the center of the plane could cause issues with asymmetric power.
I suspect they mean it is quieter than most small executive jets where the engines are on the fuselage. It's probably no quieter than an underwing engine.
