1. Who is Sonny? Is that Todd Monken's nickname?
  2. Sonny is the recruiting editor at TigerRag.
  3. Muscles upon muscles aside, Shannon Sharpe wasn't a "big" TE either--he was more of a muscular, slower, WR.

Sharpe was 6-2, 228 lbs when he played.
  4. The dude is 6' 6" and has a 36 inch vertical. Unless he is a klutz I have no idea why our coaching staff doesn't think highly of him. Not sure if a basketball game can tell you how well a guy will do on the football field.

Maybe he's only 6'5" with a 32 inch vertical and a slow 4.55 speed. That would downgrade him to "outrageous" in terms of measurables.
  5. I've always said a kid that's good in basketball can be good in football. You can see the coordination, athleticism, feel for pressure, etc.

On a side note, Al Woods was a monster on the court too. :thumb:
  6. Obviously, his measurables allow him to be great at going up to get the ball. However, he isn't very good in open space.
  7. That's too bad for him, we're talkin major duckies if he was any good.
