RB situation in 2011

    A new OC may well help Ford, but the RB coach has always been in charge of deciding which RB gets which carries - not the OC.

    Right, but the OC called the plays, which were generally pretty tragic.

    With what I have read krag uses a two back set often. Do you think when we play a two back set we use two tailbacks or a fullback/tailback combo? With two tailbacks a lot of deception and misdirection could be used. On the other hand a strong fullback can beat down a smaller defense such as Oregon's or WVU. Which direction do you think we will go if we use a two back backfield?

    Miles likes have a strong FB lead the way to wear down defenses for most running plays, I would expect that to continue.

    It's pretty amazing how good of a season & rushing game we had with very mediocre QB & FB play. Both should be vastly improved for next season.
