this is by far one of the most interesting mexican rice recipes i've seen. it's from a lady named donna. check it out: Mexican Rice 1 can Mexican corn, drain and retain liquid 1 bag yellow rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can chicken soup (could also use chicken broth or chicken w/rice soup) 1 jar Cheese Whiz Cook rice according to package directions using retained liquid plus whatever package calls for. Mix ingredients with cooked rice. Cook on 350ºF until bubbly.
