Reasons the Tigers should win: 1. Dispite the concerns, the team WILL want to send Saban off as a winner. 2. Saban and his staff's determination to gameplan. Saban is great at making halftime adjustments and his teams have outscored their opponents in the 2nd half of games by a wide margin. 3. Iowa is one-dimensional. Spears, Williams, Wroten, Oliver and Turner will handle the running game, allowing our secondary and outside LB's to guard against the pass without having to commit to run support. 4. Broussard, Addai and the rest of our RB's will give the Iowa front-seven a steady dose of running game. We have multiple options at RB and always have a fresh pair of legs. Our running game might not be overly impressive at first, but as time goes on, it'll get better. The wear-and-tear by the running game as the game progresses will open up the pass, where Randall is a viable double-threat. Fearless prediction: :lsup: 24 Iowa 13
We are quite deep on the defensive line... so getting worn down hasn't been a problem. That said, if we get into a series of 3 and out... all bets are off. So far we held the ball fairly well.
