I haven't had one of those homemade ones either.

btw, the ones you get at the supermarket, I put in the oven and heat up. I never nuke them.

also my favorite food in the whole world is crawfish pies, and i really like the ones they have at the jambalaya shoppe on government. i like fried pies, not so much the "pot" pies, which i guess are baked(?).

I can'f find it online but if you have the River Road cookbook (version 1 or 2 - I forget) they have an awesome crawfish pie recipe.
