1. The Alabama message boards were fun when they lost to ULM. And Saban lied about DJ Hall's full game suspension for that game. He inserted him in the second half desperately trying to salvage a win, etc.

He's got a monster of a machine in Tuscaloosa, but it has taken a long time to get there and his main competition during that time in Baton Rouge gifted him easy gameplan after easy gameplan to help fortify it. Then stopped making sure the offensive and defensive lines were stockpiled and stacked yearly to compete with that easy gameplan.

Bama's clearly the best team in the country this year, but there's no defending the only test they'll have is LSU, maybe Auburn if they don't implode (never know with them year-to-year) and in theory the SECCG. It's hard to see them being challenged, but you never know what will unfold. It's why they play the games.
  2. Well said!! And we ain’t backin’ down.

  3. The problem is they would need to lose twice because they will be gifted one of the four spots no matter what
  4. This is very true.

  5. They could lose 3 games, miss out on the SECC, yet still get a spot at the table. It's the Saban factor. You may beat him once but you're not going to beat him twice in the same season.

  6. If Notre Dame continues to win and goes undefeated, they arent being left out. A second SEC team wont get in if this happens. Not even Bama. Bet.

  10. I don't think VT can beat the Irish but the rest of their schedule is cupcake city. Who will beat them? Northwestern, USC? meh
