Ok, I'm not saying they're not fun to go to now, but listen to the crowd from start to finish in the video below from the Tenn game in 2000. Maybe it's old age, but to me, something is missing. It doesn't seem like it's as loud or as rowdy as it used to be.

P.S. Damn Rohan Davey throws a beautiful pass. Seems like he just flicks his wrist and the ball is accurate and on a line to whoever he's throwing to, which is mostly Josh Reed. I wish we would have had him at LSU for longer than we did.

#37 getting turned around near the end of the run is former Soul Patrol member Willie Teal.

LSU football is an elitist ticket now... The average family stays home and watches on their 60 inch flatscreen...

I recall people complaining about him but his Sr yr wasn’t so bad. I went look. Led the SEC with 17 pass breakups and ranked second in the league with five interceptions.

Agreed. I thought this back when he was here, but the way his shoulders would roll as he uncoiled to throw, and the way over the top arm motion.....he grew up in the Miami area, and you could tell watching Dan Marino affected his throwing motion.

The problem is there are more fairweather fans, who aren't real fans attending games.
