I read the article and know people who were there. The victim told him that he did not want to fight more than once before being thrown onto the ground.
I really don't care about a private fight in which no one was hurt. Let Wing defend his actions, I bet he has a version of the story, too. The point we are raising here is the media waiting two months and publicizing the story on the eve of game one, just to discredit LSU.
According to the article no charges have been pressed at this time. He also failed to show up at the filing which makes me believe he at least at one time didn't want to proceed any further. I believe the DA can go forward with or without the victim if they choose. I am pretty sure he was never arrested.
I agree. I read on another thread that they uncovered this while looking through police reports for the recent bar fight and i guess they are trying to ruin LSU
