No, Steele is still, IMO, a giant turd of a hire!

 

Since O doesn't become part of the coaching staff until he signs the contract, I wonder if he has been doing some behind-the-scenes recruiting?
OTOH, probably not because logic & common sense don't apply when it comes to NCAA rules & regulations.

 

I see Steele and O working together and doing just fine with the talent at defense. Defense is played with an attitude, been a while since we've seen this at LSU. Way too long.

 

sensari was the last alabama lb coach to be a DC at Tennessee and I think Steele will meet the same fate.Gone in 2 years

One things for sure, with the team of Steele and Orgeron joining Miles, we might have the single most unhinged coaching staff we've ever had!
