He should be fired for how he handled the last two seasons. I'll take O any day over Jimbo. Jimbo can't win out in the weak ACC, despite having way more talent(outside of Clemson). Plus, Jimbo runs a very dirty program. Not what I want.

I make no bones about it, I'm happy for O because of who he is. That said, I'm a bit unsure of how good a coach he can be for LSU. I'd like to have seen him with a whole off season to prepare. As well as have his own staff.

I'd have loved Herman, I feel like he is a future Saban and Meyer type coach.

Yes I read that article too. He can recruit so when we run him off the cupboard is stocked and it costs less. What a reason to hire your guy.

 

Saban was one of those guys. Who would you take Saban for 5 years or coach O for 5 minutes.
