I was really hoping to submit my application to the federal gov't so that I could have an extensive background check performed and get a fedeally issued license to possess a fully automatic weapon. That way, I can be certified by the feds that I am not a wacko, hate-monger, or potential mass-murderer. ;)

Well, we all know how powerful a piece of paper from the US Gov't can be. :D

To pose a serious question to you. In your opinion, what percentage of the above described wackos, etc. actually purchase their "tools of trade" from licensed dealers at gun shows/stores at retail prices?

Uzi does it. I don't have an Uzi and I don't have any 20 rounders but I have plenty of 30 round clips for both the AK-47 and Chinese manufactured SKSs. I also have a supply of the pre ban 13 round magazines for the Glock model 23 .40 caliber semi-auto pistol.

I'll get back to you later. Right now I am busy writing CottonCreepo's name on every bullet.

Seriously, if you are having trouble getting a magazine to load it might be that the flange that locks into place is a little too long. Try filing it down little by little until if fits.
