One displaced resident at the Louisiana Superdome, however, issued a warning to authorities who may be headed to the stadium, where up to 30,000 people had sought refuge after Monday's hurricane and now await evacuation to Texas by bus. "Please don't send the National Guard," he said. "Send someone with a bullhorn outside the place that can talk to these people first." He described scenes of lawlessness and desperation, with people simply dragging corpses into corners. "They have quite a few people running around here with guns," he said. "You got these young teenage boys running around up here raping these girls." Elsewhere, groups of armed men wandered the streets, buildings smoldered and people picked through stores for what they could find. this is a passage from the main story on CNN.com right now. I am not big on gangster rap, but these sound similar to what they rap about, glorifying brutality of police and women and general unruliness. some may call it the THUG life........... maybe if a Master P or 50 cents try to talk sense into these kids the unlawfullness would reduce or cease all together. just a thought
hahahaha, yea these kids only shoot and rape people because 50 cent told them too.... :hihi: :dis: and now they will stop if 50 says it's a bad idea... :nope: It's the whole culture. Rappers are just singing about it. No one is going to change these people.
me neither. although the smart thing is to pretend to agree with whatever is fashionable. thats what i do. when asked, i love all tribes/groups/religions/minorities to the extent that is deemed proper by society. exactly. thats why you should fake it. i know, i should be more secretive and be a better actor. people see through my ruse and know i actually hate the groups i am supposed to like and like the ones i am supposed to hate. i am aware of how the system works.
i know, but I would like to think his parents named him fifty cents and not fitty cent. Mr and Mrs Cents would want it that way. :thumb: :thumb:
they asked mr cent about his name, and reminded him that 50 cents should be plural. he quoted dictionary.com: "Our Living Language The plural of cent is cent in some varieties of vernacular Southern English when preceded by a numeral: That costs eighty cent. The lack of the plural suffix –s in such constructions is also found with units of measurement like foot and pound." the cent family has known this for generations.
well I'll be......maybe i should just be worried about the fitty part. should i even try to tackle Diddy, or Puffy, or Puff, or Puff Daddy?
