A related, and even more ridiculous stat. Through three games, Karnell Hatcher, who has been our starting linebacker the whole time, has amasssed 1....1! solo tackle and 1.....1! assist.

Everyone else on our defense pulls his weight. More, even, because they have to pick up this guy's slack. He is horrible. Period.

How can Chavis keep him playing? Does Chavis know how to coach? Does he know defense? We are lucky that teams don't exploit this.....

I haven't noticed Hatcher at all this year. Has he really been that bad. I didn't know he was even in the game until the offsides. Of course, our D-line tackles everyone so I would imagine it's tough for an mlb to get tackles.

I'm pretty sure he had two more offsides penalties in the NWST game.

Lorenzo Phillips. When asked who he was looking at, he just said, "you know who." Phillips was the only D1 defensive player in that game.
