Arrogance? When did he show arrogance? I'm not trying to be a smarta$$, I really don't understand where you get that. How's an 18-year-old football player supposed to act when he's playing in front of 90,000 home team fans and they're going crazy? Is there a protocol for that? How would you handle that situation? GatorTD, welcome to the forum. I've been posting this and maybe you can answer.....serious question. With only two returning starters on UF defense, what are your thoughts on being ranked so high in the preseason polls? I know you all have recruited well but lack of experience weighs in heavy.
Kinda like Vince Young to USC fans........some can step back and admit his athleticism (As you have done on more than one occasion) and others hate him cause he beat you........Tebow beat our azz, in part anyway, some have chosen to harbor some ill feelings. They are about to get on here and ream mine and say, "What has he done"? :hihi: I believe he'll be a good QB. I read a while back that has improved his mechanics and looked real good in Florida's spring game.
Believe me, I'd love to hate the guy but he's gifted and he did play a major role in creating one of the more exciting NC's in years. I hope he has success with the Titans and I'm thinking that he and Norm Chow are a good combo. Pardon the momentary hijack...........continue on.
Who knows why we were ranked so high? Preseason polls mean nothing, as history shows year after year. The NC Champ always gets more respect in preseason polls than they deserve. Lack of experience is usually less of a liability on defense. I hope the pollsters are right!
Florida only scored 23 points...Gay-ass Tebow didnt do any magic, we beat ourselves that day. The defense stayed on the field way more than they should. I give credit to their coach for the trick plays, but Tebow isnt a special QB. If you ask me about DMAC, I'll say WOW. That guy is GREAT. He beat our azz. But Tebow.....sorry, that dude sucks.
