    thats one of the worst arguments someone always makes.


    they dont need to get motivated but when there's added fuel to the fire, it adds to it. teams do not get up for every game the same. those who dont understand that just dont get it.

    thats why you NEVER do it. you keep that shiite behind doors.


    every coach worth his salt knows this.
