I can see that Perrilloux's comments aren't the best thing for this team - I never said I don't see that... As for Russell, I don't think he is bright enough to win the job free and clear. So what? I've met the kid and I got the impression that he is a bit slow (and I've met Aaron Brooks). Again, so what? If he works hard and stays focused he can win the job and the sky is the limit. However, I really like Perrilloux's field smarts and his football savvy. Will it transfer to the next level? We'll see... To be clear: I'm not bashing Russell, I'm simply telling you about my impression of the kid (for whatever it's worth).
Sigh. The whole situation took a 180 when Les Miles was hired as the coach. As I've said time and time again, RP was not coming here if Nick Saban remained.
Now, don't quote me on this because I'm not 100% certain, but isn't their a limit to how many times a team can allocate a player to NFLE?
