The pertinent parts are the last paragraph on page 4 through the second paragraph on page 5. University shall pay all sums due coach, not exceeding $18.75MM ($3.75MM x 5 years). Note on page 8 the recommendation to change the maximum amount from $15MM to 18.75MM.

Coach speak- could mean anything, but if it means adjustments with GC that would be great.

For just 2 remaining years, 2011 & 2012. Yeah right. Try half that amount.

So, Miles buyout is thru the yr 2014, not 2012 like some think? Did he get an extention that wasn't mentioned and that is why so many think it is thru 2012?
