:hihi: I meant in L.A. I don't have time to drive a rig from Houston to Cali, but sure would enjoy a few days in the RV. Now getting my wife and my buddy's wife to buy into even that is a different story.

Duh.....I didn't notice, sorry. I'm sure anything you can get in Louisiana you can get in Texas or California...except live crawfish or the clap! :hihi:

Check out these sites. www.cruiseamerica.com and www.elmonterv.com
I've seen plenty of these on the road, so Id have to say these are probably the two most popular RV renters..........good luck man. Maybe I'll see you out there.

Yeah, and it is done for people back in the Eastern time zones. it sucks. The Rose parade sucks. I know that all of you are used to the mardi gras experience, and with that being the case, let me be clear now, don't waste your time with this ****. In fact, you will be dealing with the New Year's Eve celebration the night before, and will not want to line up for some chicken-sheeyot parade at 6:30 a.m. In my case, I'll probably be at my friends house in Ladera Ranch partying into the wee hours. We'll have lots of booze, music, food, and he has a little putting course in his side yard, so we always putt at midnight, smoke cigars and drink. No way in hell am I getting my ass up for some chicken-shyt Rose Parade. Skip it.

I have played there, it is a great coarse if you get a chance to play while down there. A couple of holes have a great view of the stadium.

That course sucks, man. :) People park their cars on it during the 10 games played at the Rose Bowl per year.

I was there 8 years ago during the summer, it was in perfect condition. Sorry, but no car damage at all. I played a few coarses around there and they were all pretty nice.:thumb:
