That is EXACTLY why you should be concerned. In today's Jackson CL, he stated that people better consider him serious. Said that if he was visiting just for a good time, that he would have gone to Miami and he had cancelled a visit there. IF he went to MSU, there are others that would follow. It could turn into a black thing. He trust Croome and wants to be a part of his program. Croome is very knowledgeable and can help him a lot.
I thought about that too... race can be a good recruiting chip for Croom in the SEC. Plus with his NFL experience, he could start recruiting and playing the socks off of alot a teams.
prolly won't ever be a top ranked class at MSU but they are absolutely crushing Ole Miss and will continue to do so. Woe is Manning U.
I'm really glad RP is serious about MSU, and especially about Coach Crooms. Consider: If he really likes Coach Sly, playing at LSU gives him the chance to see him down on the field once a year...or, at least, onec more than he'd see Coach if he went to Austin instead. :wink:
