Re: What does Les do? No its not an easy decision, but if there is no discipline on a team you won't win anyway. At the same time you want to be fair to the athlete. RP has become a serious distraction for the team and has pretty much squandered whatever leadership potential he had - if he had any. I don't know what Miles should do in this case, but it is possible that his liabilities have reached a point where they outweigh whatever contributions he could make to the team.
